How long does the order take?
Depends on size, print time and volume. On average between 1-3 days, and it could go up to 7 days for big jobs.
What formats are supported for printing?
STL/OBJ files are the most suitable. If your file is in a different format you can use our converter HERE.
I have a file — how much would it cost to print?
You can use our price estimator HERE. Note that it is, after all, an estimator: if the general price suits you, click the inquire on WhatsApp button so we can discuss the final price and how long the order will take to process.
I have an idea but no model. Who can model it for me, and what would the whole process cost?
Check our 3D modeler marketplace HERE to find a modeler that fits your budget and timeline. After you agree with the modeler on a price for the 3D model itself, we can give a full price for the print. Estimating these projects is hard, so be prepared for price changes along the way.

Do you deliver or only pickup?
We can deliver to anyone locally, and pickup can be arranged if available.
FDM or resin — which one should I choose?
FDM (filament) is best for strong, functional parts and larger objects. Resin is best for small, highly detailed pieces like miniatures. If you're not sure, send us the model and we'll recommend.
What materials can you print with?
PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU for FDM, plus standard resin for resin prints. The price estimator lists the per-gram rates for each.
My STL has errors — can it still be printed?
Usually yes. Run it through our STL repair tool first to see what's wrong, then send it over and we'll take it from there.
Is there a minimum price for a print?
FDM prints include a 1.50 JD baseline fee, and resin prints have a 2.00 JD minimum. Small parts are cheap — the estimator shows it instantly.

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we offer both local and international delivery. We also have local pickup which can be arranged.
Are all the products used?
Well no shit — most of our stock is 20+ years old. But all our products are clean, tested, refurbished and guaranteed to work. And all handhelds have newly installed batteries.
Tell me about your warranty — what are its conditions?
We offer 1 month warranty on all products after the date of purchase. Warranty applies if you received an item that didn't match the description made on the listing (e.g. analog drift, broken screen). In that case you can opt to either receive a full refund or exchange for an item that has a similar value.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges — once you buy it you're stuck with it, no switching. We usually have one item in stock for everything, so please make a wise decision on what you want out of our fine selection before hitting that buy button.
I have an item that I'm looking to sell — do you guys buy or only sell?
We sell/buy/trade anything related to retro games and are open for offers. If you have anything that you think might catch our interest please send us the details HERE and we will contact you as soon as we can.
How do I order a listing?
Open the listing and hit the WhatsApp or Instagram button — tell us which item you want and we'll handle the rest. Listings move fast and most items are one-of-one.
Are items tested before you list them?
Yes. Every item is cleaned, tested and refurbished before it goes up. If you want extra proof, DM us and we can send a video of the exact unit working.
How often is stock updated?
Listings are updated as inventory changes — new finds go up whenever we get them, and sold items are marked SOLD right away. Follow @vintage.karaza to catch new drops.
